JEE Advanced 2019 Result
JEE Advanced entrance test has successfully conducted on May 27. Paper 1 was conducted from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Paper 2 was conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. JEE Advanced Rank List – Calculation of Marks
It is important for the candidates to know the mechanism to calculate the score of JEE Advanced. Rank List will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by the candidates.
- The candidates must appear in both papers for Rank Allocation.
- Marks obtained in Physics will be the sum of marks obtained in Physics Part Paper 1 plus score in Physics Part Paper 2.
Marks obtained in Physics = Physics Marks in Paper 1 + Physics Marks in Paper 2
- Mathematics and Chemistry Marks will be calculated as same formula.
- The Aggregate Marks will be calculated as per given formula.
Aggregate Marks = Aggregate Marks in Physics + Aggregate Marks in Chemistry + Aggregate Marks in Mathematics
- Rank List will be prepared on the basis of Aggregate Marks.
JEE Advanced Tie Breaker Method
Tie Breaker Method will use in case of one or more candidates will get same marks. In this situation the organization will follow the Tie Breaker Method to provide Rank.
- Candidates who will get more marks in Mathematics, will get higher rank.
- If the tie still remain, the candidates will get more marks in Physical, will get higher rank.
- If the tie still remain, the candidates will get same rank.
