The Staff Selection Commission has conducted SSC GD Online Computer Based Exam from 11th  February, 2019 till 11th March, 2019. The Recruitment Exam was conducted to appoint 58373 candidates in CAPFs,  NIA & SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles (AR) through SSC GD Constable Male and Female. On 17th May 2019, the Staff Selection Commission has released a notification regarding the tentative date of SSC GD Constable Result 2019. The Staff Selection Commission will release the Cut off Marks along with Results. As the SSC GD Online Test has been successfully over. The Commission has conducted the Written Test in different shifts. Therefore the difficulty level of questions was different for different shifts. So the Commission will follow the Normalization Method. Based on the Normalization Method, the Commission will issue SSC GD Constable Cut off 2019. The Commission has now conducted the Computer Based Exam (CBE) for General Duty Constable. Candidates who will qualify the Written Test will be called for Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST). Then the Documents Verification and Medical Exam will takes place. After the completion of Recruitment stages, the Commission will release Final Merit List on the basis of Written Test, Physical Test and Documents Verification/Medical Exam. Candidates who will get their names in Final Merit List will be get appointment letter.

Based on the performance in Computer Based Exam, candidates will be shortlisted for Physical Test. Physical Test will be conducted at pre decided test centers and the admit card for the same will be released separately. The candidates will be eliminated, if they will not physically fit.

Candidates who will qualify the Physical Test will be called for Medical Examination. The purpose of Medical exam is to find the medically fit of candidates. Therefore the candidates should also clear the Medical Test to get selection in SSC GD Bharti.

Final selection of the candidates will be based on performance in Computer Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Examination. After clearing the Written Test, the candidates need not to study hard but also they should physically fit and medically fit. After the whole process, the candidates will get appointment letter for the post of GD constable in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NIA and SSF or GD Rifleman in Assam Rifles.
